Nestled in the lush landscape of Variko, Litochoro in Pieria, Villas Lavarik is a complex of four vacation residences designed to offer a serene escape in nature. Two of the villas are single-story and fully autonomous, ensuring complete privacy for their guests, while the other two are located in the attic of a third building, skillfully utilizing the site’s topography to create flexible and functional units.

The architectural design focuses on harmonizing with the natural surroundings, blending elements of romantic and country aesthetics. Spacious verandas serve as transitional spaces, offering both privacy and a seamless connection to the landscape, allowing guests to enjoy the outdoor environment without compromising the sense of seclusion and tranquility.
Natural materials and a warm, earthy color palette further enhance the inviting and harmonious atmosphere.

Architectural features such as perforated partitions introduce a sense of lightness and permeability while maintaining functional layering within the interiors. In selected rooms, the headboards, crafted with natural materials and a strong geometric presence, celebrate local identity and lend a distinct character to each unit. Careful attention to lighting and spatial details fosters a strong connection between the interior and exterior, providing guests with an authentic living experience in full harmony with the surrounding nature.
